Your funds are protected by your phone's built-in security.
How the App Locks
Kasanova locks automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity, or 5 minutes after you switch away from the app. This protects you if someone picks up your unlocked phone.
To lock the app manually at any time: Menu → Lock App
Unlocking the App
When the app is locked, it uses your phone's built-in biometrics to verify it's you:
Face ID (iPhone)
Touch ID (iPhone fingerprint)
Fingerprint (Android)
Device PIN/passcode — if biometrics aren't set up or fail, your phone's PIN is used as a fallback
These are the same security methods you use to unlock your phone—Kasanova just requires them before allowing any action with your funds.
What Kasanova Protects Against
✅ Someone who picks up your unlocked phone
✅ Apps trying to read your private keys
✅ Unauthorized sends or signs
✅ Access to your seed phrase without authentication
Seed Phrase (Your Master Key)
Your seed phrase is the only way to recover access if you lose your phone or biometrics stop working.
Never share it with anyone
Write it down on paper—don't store it digitally
Keep it somewhere safe—safe deposit box, fireproof safe, trusted family

Warning Signs (These Are Scams)
Never do these:
Anyone asking for your seed phrase
"Support" contacting you about your wallet
Fake websites asking for your keys
Claims they can recover your funds without your seed phrase
Real Kasanova support never asks for sensitive info.
