Avoid Scams

Protect yourself from common tricks.

Watch Out For These

"Support" Messages

❌ Someone messages you on Discord/Twitter claiming to be Kasanova support

Real facts:

  • We never message you first

  • We never ask for your seed phrase

  • We never ask you to verify anything

Fake Websites

❌ A website that looks like ours but the URL is slightly different

Real facts:

  • Our website: kasanova.app

  • Save the real link in your bookmarks

  • Type it in manually, don't use links from emails

"Verify Your Wallet" Emails

❌ An email saying you need to verify your wallet or it'll be locked

Real facts:

  • We never email asking you to verify anything

  • We never need to update your wallet remotely

  • Don't click links in suspicious emails

Fake Reward Offers

❌ "You won a reward! Click here!" or "You're eligible to claim X KAS!"

Real facts:

  • None of these are real

  • We don't run random reward programs

  • If it sounds too good, it's probably a scam

How to Stay Safe

  1. Never share your seed phrase—not even with "support"

  2. Check URLs twice—especially in emails

  3. Only use official channels—Discord, our website, in-app help

  4. Trust your gut—weird feeling? Don't click

If Something Feels Off

  • Don't click the link

  • Don't share any info

  • Ask in our Discord or community

  • We're happy to verify

Lost Funds?

If you fell for a scam:

  • Blockchain can't be reversed—transactions are permanent

  • Contact exchanges: If you're sending to an exchange, tell them immediately

  • Learn for next time: Scams teach us to be more careful

Remember

  • We're the good guys: We want to help, not trick you

  • Real Kasanova support never asks for sensitive info

  • You control your wallet—we can't lock or unlock it
