Gather information:

  1. Device model (e.g., iPhone 14, Pixel 8)

  2. OS version (e.g., iOS 17, Android 14)

  3. Kasanova version

  4. Error messages or screenshots

  5. Steps to reproduce the issue

Check:

  • Community channels for similar questions

  • You're on the latest version

What We CANNOT Help With

Seed Phrase Recovery: If you've lost your seed phrase, we cannot recover it. It never leaves your device. This is by design for your security.

Transaction Reversal: Blockchain transactions are permanent. We cannot reverse them.

Account Access: We don't have access to your funds. We cannot move your money even if you ask.

Emergency Support

Lost Access If you have your seed phrase, your funds are safe:

  1. Install Kasanova on new device

  2. Import using seed phrase

Security Concerns If you suspect security issues:

  1. Transfer funds to new wallet immediately

Response Times

  • Community Channels - Usually within hours

  • Email Support - 2-3 business days
